(4) The inflation-adjusted level of a figure prescribed in regulations is to be
calculated for the purposes of this Chapter as follows—
where—
f is the figure prescribed, and
i is the number of percentage points which the Scottish Ministers consider
reflects the change in the general level of relevant prices since a copy of
a report was last laid before the Scottish Parliament under subsection (1)(c).

Instruction ministérielle N°DSS/SD2B/2019/65 du 25 mars 2019 relative à la revalorisation au 1er avril 2019 des prestations familiales servies en métropole
Conformément à l’article L. 551-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, le montant
des prestations familiales est déterminé d'après des bases mensuelles
de calcul revalorisées au 1er avril de chaque année, par application
du coefficient mentionnée à l’article L. 161-25 du code de la
sécurité sociale. Au titre de l’année 2019, l’article 68 de la loi du 22
décembre 2018 de financement de la sécurité sociale a prévu, par dérogation
aux dispositions de l’article L. 161-25, une revalorisation de 0,3 % du montant
des prestations relevant de cet article.
Le montant précité de la base mensuelle de calcul des allocations
familiales (BMAF), en pourcentage duquel sont fixés les montants des prestations
familiales, est ainsi porté de 411,92 € à 413,16 € au 1er avril 2019.
Translation
In accordance with article L. 551-1 of the social security code, the amount
family benefits is determined on monthly bases
of calculation revalued on April 1 of each year, by application
of the coefficient mentioned in article L. 161-25 of the code of
social Security. For 2019, article 68 of the law of 22
December 2018 social security financing provided, by way of derogation
to the provisions of Article L. 161-25, a revaluation of 0.3% of the amount
services covered by this article.
The aforementioned amount of the monthly basis for calculating allowances
(BMAF), as a percentage of which the amounts of the benefits are fixed
families, is thus increased from €411.92 to €413.16 on April 1, 2019.
